About us

Gapbridge Private School was founded by a veteran teacher of English who has worked as a test of Second language IGCSE English speaking examiner for schools offering British(English) National Curriculum for twenty-three years. Her focus is on individual achievement especially those below average and average students, in supporting them to achieve better result and acquisition of knowledge in all areas just like the high flyers. The school has an inclusion education with the special students section who wants to be in the main stream as advised by their specialists. We admit children with mild autism, dyslexia etc. The school is situated at Isheri North off Channels TV road OPIC, which is the boundary of Lagos and Ogun State. Vocational studies is part of our curriculum where your child can learn how to do some other skills apart from academics, Tie & Dye, Tailoring, Event Planning & Decoration, ICT boosters, Music and take the Music exams, acquisition of a second Language-French with TFL certification, Dance, Etiquette & Grooming classes, Finishing School.
The school owner is an agent for school placement abroad to Colleges and Universities in the UK, US, Canada and the Medical Universities in the Caribbean. The school runs the English National and Nigerian curriculum. We register students for Checkpoint, BECE, IGCSE & WAEC examinations. We also have tutorial classes for IELTS, register students and outsiders for the British Council examination for IELTS as an agent for the registration. We have tutorial classes for French language to obtain TEF (Test of Foreign Language) certification for French which is also very relevant with Canada immigration process. In addition, we do Canadian school placement and immigration processing which has good track records. Most of our ex-students are either living and working mostly in Canada and the UK .
Our boarding facilities and good teaching staff makes the school unique. Numerous testimonies recorded from our ex-students on videos as testimonies to their achievements and what they gained through the foundation they were given at the school. Most teachers are certified IGCSE teachers with good track records.
